Time-travlin’ lawyer Andrew D. Basiago says US centralizing government in base below DIA

Part 37 of 39 videos posted on YouTube in which Washington state lawyer Andrew D. Basiago discusses time teleportation, the Philadelphia Experiment and his research of life on Mars. He asserts that such time travel has been utilized by American leaders such as George Bush and Barack Obama for years to establish their paths to power. Basiago claims that, three decades ago, US Naval Intelligence sent him to the future to the year 2013, where he witnessed mass destruction and devastation.

He says that the knowledge of catastrophic events occurring in 2012 is a main reason why the secret cabal that runs the US to choose Denver International Airport as the new hub for government operations.

They wanted to just use quantum access to just gather information about the past and future and use it for defense department contingency plans. And with that I think we can include the deep underground military construction in the Southwest – for example, the construction of the Denver International Airport as a continuity of government hub for the US federal bureaucracy in the event that Washington D.C. is destroyed.

And what of the Blue Horse and the Philadelphia Experiment, Mr. Basiago?
